What if my product is damaged?
If your Stance product has inadvertently become damaged during transit, or there is a fault with the product, please use the link at the top of the page.
What is your returns policy?
We will offer a refund on all orders, if the product is sent back to us in its original condition within 30 days of ordering. Returns cost £3.00/€6.00 via a pre paid return lable - just use the 'CLICK TO RETURN' function at the top of the page.
Socks - Socks must be unworn and have the tags attached.
Underwear - All underwear (men's, boy's & women's) must be unworn and unopened in the original packaging.
T-Shirts - T-Shirts must be unworn and still have the tags attached.

Please contact us with any questions about the colour, material, or size of any item before purchasing.
How long will it take to process my return?
Once we receive your item as a return, it can take up to 5-7 working days to process your return. Any refunds issued can take up to 7 days to appear in your account. We can only refund the account that originally made the purchase.
Am I able to exchange my order?
At this time we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to change the product you ordered, we would suggest processing a return and placing a new order.
Can I return Stance products purchased at another retailer?
Stance Europe is only able to accept returns of orders placed directly through www.uk.stance.com. If you purchased your product elsewhere, please return it directly to that retailer.
